1) Organisation
Trips are organised by Clube Chayanga which is     based in Bafatá, Guinea Bissau.

2) Booking Arrangements
A deposit of 30% of the cost of the trip is required     at the time of booking. The 70% balance must be     paid at least 30 days before the trip commences. If     booking is made 30 days or less before departure,     the whole of the cost of the trip must be paid.

If the authorities refuse to issue entry visas or     refuse entry into the country for any client, Clube     Chayanga disclaims any responsibility, the client     being responsible for any costs involved, and with     the conditions applicable for the cancellation of the     trip being applied in these circumstances.
